OUR VISION Gary and Fonda Harris Ministries Inc. God has given us a vision for the ministry. We know God wants not only to save and deliver, but also heal every person who comes to Him. Heal them both spiritually and physically. God wants His house and His people to be a emergency room for the lost and dying; His people to be that beacon shining in a world of darkness. A place where those that are hurt can come to know the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. We are God's ambassadors on this earth and we must do the works He has told us to do. W must stand in the gap for these that are sick and afflicted. We must be about the fathers business. Every child of God and every church should be and ER for those that are seeking help. Jesus gives is this description of the ministry in: Luke 4:18 Luke 4:19 God's people have been beaten down long enough by the powers of darkness. We became well acquainted with hospital emergency rooms during Fonda's seven years of illness. Many days and nights were spent in facilities while we were trying to obtain help for her. We were amazed by the lack of compassion we found in many places. We found God to be the only one we could count on. During these difficult years in which Fonda spent nearly six months of each year in the hospital, in for two weeks and then out for two to three weeks; many days and nights were spent in prayer. A relationship with God was developed that would become the foundation of the ministry God had chosen to call us into. God's word became a part of our lives and the promises of God became real as Fonda was healed one disease at a time. Jesus Christ was revealed to us as the Great Physician. We thank God for the path he has chosen for our lives and want to lead others, both saved and unsaved to the Great Physician who is able to meet every need in their lives just as He did for us. We must remember the words spoken by Christ when he was taken up into Heaven: Mark 16:15-20 We must go forth in the power of God with signs following. We must be His ER wherever we may be.
