In 1997 Fonda started her music career in Nashville Tenn. Where she recorded her first CD/Celebration Time, now with SonSound Records in Bessemer City N.C. where she has recorded her second CD/Depending On You. Many of these songs, which were all written by Fonda, have made the country gospel charts. Her second video is currently underway filmed and produced at Gospel Music Television in Pigeon Forge Tenn. Fonda has appeared on many television networks nation wide and travels doing concerts and church services world wide.

In September 2001 she was honored with the "Artistic Career Achievement" award in Nashville Tenn. She has her own publishing company and although she has recorded on southern gospel labels, she feels her roots are in Gospel Country.
